Meet Juan Ramón Meléndez

A native of Manatí, Puerto Rico, Juan Ramón Meléndez Muñoz is a graphic designer and creative director with extensive experience in developing brands, products, and visual experiences.

He earned his bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale and has collaborated with various multinational companies throughout his career, bringing his strategic vision and creativity to the development of their brand identities and communications.

An avid surfer, Juan finds the ocean to be a constant source of inspiration, discipline, and connection to his Puerto Rican roots. As part of the Fraguada Real Estate team, he leads the creative department and contributes to the development of the brand's visual identity, design, and presentation, transforming ideas into clear, modern, and memorable experiences.
